[meta] Drop python2.7, port all to python3

Bug Description

It's a general release goal to only have Python3 on all images (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Python/3). I'm making this a meta bug for lubuntu to track the other bugs I'm reporting.

I believe the only item left is:
gnome-mpv (brings in samba and then python2)

Samba was fixed in disco, and from the manifest file I see, no more python2.
