Bug Description
Sometimes the menu button becomes unresponsive, and pressing ctrl+alt during that time will switch the DE to a fullscreen terminal, as if ctrl+alt+[f1-f6] were pressed. I was able to trigger this a couple times (especially prior to running software updates), but forgot how. Note: this still happens occasionally, but less often and harder to trigger, with a fully updated Lubuntu 12.10 as of 3/11/13.

Update: Something I noticed that seems consistent is that ever time ctrl+alt without an f-key takes me to the full screen terminal, it is always tty4. I also noticed that this tends to happen after pressing alt+f4 (which makes sense), but I can't see the connection.
