Bug Description

Honestly, I have no idea if this is possible or not and I have no idea if we can ever have this or not but I thought it's better to document this request and add it to launchpad as a bug or wishlist (please feel free to edit it) so that Lubuntu Users will have even more control over their desktops.

My request is simple from my point of view, simply, as a Lubuntu User.

Can we, PLEASE, have the Trash on the Desktop?
I'm not sure against what package should I report this? I guess lubuntu-desktop? please feel free to edit this as well.

Thanks :)

I know 'lubuntu-tweaks' can unable the Trash on the Desktop but is this the only way so far to have Trash on Desktop? it would be helpful to update this bug so everyone knows what is going on :)

https://launchpad.net/~lubuntu-dev/+archive/non-official-apps

lubuntu-tweaks is part of the above non-official apps :)

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to look at all reported bugs in a timely manner. There have been many changes in Ubuntu since that time you reported the bug and your problem may have been fixed with some of the updates. It would help us a lot if you could test it on a currently supported Ubuntu version. When you test it and it is still an issue, kindly upload the updated logs by running only once:
apport-collect <bug #>

and any other logs that are relevant for this particular issue.
