Lubuntu Alternate and Desktop images exceed 700MB

Since 6 June, the CD images for Lubuntu Alternate and Desktop are exceeding 700MB. This makes them too big to burn to CDRW. Is it planned that the images shall go over 700MB or is that an oversight that will be fixed?

It is temporally, we still have a lot of space available if we remove langpacks.
