Bug Description
Nautilus' icon name is now org.gnome.Nautilus instead of system-
I suggest you make a symlink from org.gnome.Nautilus to system-file-manager in your icon theme -- unless you don't mind Nautilus using its own icon.
I plan to upload Nautilus with this name change this weekend. This is because adwaita-icon-theme 3.24 has dropped the old system-file-manager icon. Maybe GNOME will reconsider dropping that icon?
Anyway, please make this change now. Even if I don't change Nautilus in zesty, the GNOME3 PPA is popular and the zesty series there already contains a beta version of Nautilus 3.24.
Update: Nautilus is migrating to zesty now (LP: #1669655)
