volume control icon changes size depending on its state

Bug Description

The lxpanel's volume control icon has not the same size depending on the power of volume. The icon is smaller when the volume is on maximum (see the picture attached).

Reproductible with 24 px size panel (icon and height). It may have a missing icon for 24 size (maybe also on elementary icon theme).

This bug was fixed in the package lubuntu-artwork - 0.33
