Lxpanel doesn't use monochrome Keyboard LED indicators

By defaut, Keyboard LED indicators for lxpanel are not monochrome in Lubuntu. Monochrome indicators would match to the Lubuntu theme. Also, in my case, doesn't use volume level in monochrome style neither.
