Please demote lua5.2 to universe

The last package in main that required lua5.2 was apache2, which has been updated to use lua5.3 instead (see https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/apache2/2.4.46-4ubuntu1).

All other rdepends are in universe or multiverse:
