lshw is running in Xen HVM DomU shows processors that do not exist

Bug Description

Ubuntu server 12.04 AMD 64 beta with xen hypervisor installed from ubuntu packages. Guest is Ubuntu 12.04 desktop beta PVHVM DomU

In Xen config for virtual machine allocated only 3 vcpus, but lshw shows 6 phisical cpus and each has 32 logical cpus. The same issue in the HVM DomU. In PV DomU all look correct (for 1 VCPU lshw shows 1 Phisical CPU in virtual machine)
