lshw shows a part of translation file instead of technical info

I use Russian locale (ru_RU.UTF-8) and lshw shows in section "*-bank:1" a part of translation mo file instead of technical information.

The 'empty' value is buggy, also calling gettext on an empty string returns the header information (which is what is displayed in the initial report)

Could you maybe report it upstream on https://ezix.org/project/newticket?component=lshw ?
