review-notifier crashes at login; apport-cli says "no pending bugs"

Bug Description

Since recent upgrade, I get a "crash report" notice upon logging in. If I run 'apport-cli', it says there are no pending reports. However there are files in /var/crash. I am not seeing any adverse symptoms other than the crash notice.
