horizontal accuracy meters keeps getting higher

Bug Description

Hi,

in apps and with espoo-cli, I've noticed that the horizontal accuracy (in meters) keeps climbing; I had seen this on cell in the past, but it's particularly visible on wifi. Symptom is that your position is very accurate, but the circle around it is very large, and keeps getting larger.

I suspect this is due to the timestamps of known wifi / cell getting older when reported to HERE.

Cheers,

I too noticed in SensorStatus app that horizontal accuracy keeps increasing. Also in OpenStreetMap and HERE as stated.
