Bug Description
In Ubuntu 11.10, opening a read only calc spreadsheet from FireFox either with File -> open or opening a calc spreadsheet attached in an email viewed in Evolution or in Firefox, LibreOffice integration with globalmenu does not work. Menus from the original application that launched LibreOffice calc (Evolution or Firefox) continues to get displayed in globalmenu when trying to use Calc. This problem is not apparent when opening the same attachment in Thunderbird or via webmail accessed from Chrome. This is also a calc only problem.
Ubuntu 11.10
LibreOffice 3.4.3
To get global menu support for LibreOffice, you need to install "lo-menubar" package. It's not installed by default due to some important bugs (see https:/ /bugs.launchpad .net/ubuntu/ +source/ lo-menubar), but it will be included in Ubuntu 12.04 LTS.
