missing "windows" menu

Bug Description

Binary package hint: lo-menubar

i am missing the window / windows menu; that's particluarly bad for calc, because of the missing freeze / split functions.

I confirm the problem. "Windows" is absent from menu. Cf attachment screenshot.

@Tom: Unfortunately, according to this bug's status, no one is working on this bug. I believe that this bug falls under "A bug that has a moderate impact on a core application. " which belongs to medium level bugs.
