4k Monitor Support is Missing

Bug Description

Someone needs to buy the developers of LMMS some 4K displays, so that they'll understand how small the user interface is to users with 4K monitors:

The UI is too small on 4K monitors. In Kubuntu 20.04, my other applications scale up to accommodate 4K, but for some reason LMMS does not.
