  * Debian changes from upstream:
    + The binaries are linked with shared library (not the static)
    + The lmdb library now has a proper SONAME
    + MultiArch: The lmdb library is installed into /usr/lib/<triplet>
  * Add lmdb-doc with doxygen generated documentation
