Fancontrol should not stop at reboot and shutdown

Bug Description

Fancontrol does a good job at keeping the computer quiet, however, on every reboot and shutdown it is terminated, causing fans to run at full speed until the computer is off. It would be nice to keep it running until the end of the reboot or shutdown process.

There is no support for deprecated version having died a long time ago
