llvm-5.0 does not have llvm-config

Bug Description
The llvm-5.0 package does not come with llvm-config.
I checked and llvm-5.0-runtime and llvm-5.0-dev are also installed.
Maybe there is a way to install llvm-config for llvm-5.0 separately? That would be a suitable workaround atleast for my use case.

It seems to be available under the llvm-config-5.0 name. (Maybe it was fixed after I last tested..)
