running the test clpeak results in an error llvm sigsegv

Bug Description

git clone https://github.com/krrishnarraj/clpeak.git
cd clpeak
mkdir build
cmake ..
make
./clpeak

Platform: Clover
  Device: AMD CAICOS (DRM 2.50.0 / 5.4.0-64-generic, LLVM 10.0.0)
    Driver version : 20.0.8 (Linux x64)
    Compute units : 2
    Clock frequency : 750 MHz
Segmentation fault (core dumped)

the problem is reproducible with video cards:
 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Caicos [Radeon HD 6450/7450/8450 / R5 230 OEM]
VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices, Inc. [AMD/ATI] Seymour [Radeon HD 6400M/7400M Series]
Both video cards use radeon from mesa. With RX500 (mesa amdgpu) and R7 250 (radeonsi) clpeak work correctly
