Bug Description

Package: https://packages.ubuntu.com/disco/libc++abi-dev

1) Ubuntu 19.04 disco x86_64
2) 1:8.0-47ubuntu1
3) Install without any error
4) when installing the package libc++abi-dev:i386 on x86_64 I have the follow result:

dpkg: error processing archive /tmp/apt-dpkg-install-aLqS8U/7-libc++abi-8-dev_1%3a8~+rc4-1ubuntu1_i386.deb (--unpack):

looks fixed in llvm-toolchain-snapshot in impish-proposed release.
