  * New upstream release.
  * Build-Depends += "libspdlog-dev".
  * Compile without "ENABLE_TESTS=YES".
  * Standards-Version: 4.1.3.
  * debhelper & compat to version 11.
  * rules: removed calls to "dpkg-parsechangelog".
  * watch: ignore "-rc" versions.
  * chunkserver.service:
    + Added "KeyringMode=inherit" to preserve e4crypt session keys.
    + Wants += "local-fs.target" to avoid starting service before
      (some) local mounts.
