Bug Description

Ubuntu release: Ubuntu 17.10.

LiVES version: 2.8.6-1 (amd64).

What I expected: encoding enabled by default.

What happened instead: encoding disabled (File -> Encode Clip As... greyed out).

Diagnostic: LiVES was built without using ./configure --libdir=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/

Temporary solution: edit ~/.lives configuration file to read:
<lib_dir>
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/
</lib_dir>

Thanks,
Esteban
