Opening a file makes the program crash

Bug Description

When I try to open a (MP4, maybe another too) file in LiVES, the program crashes and print the following:

/usr/lib/lives/lives-exe: symbol lookup error: /usr/lib//lives/plugins/decoders/zzavformat_decoder.so: undefined symbol: av_find_stream_info

Steps to reproduce:
1.Open LiVES
2.Click File > Open file/directory
3.Select a MP4 file.
