OVF property description references Scott Moser's private HTTP server

The OVF file[0] that ends up on cloud-images.ubuntu.com within the OVA[1] as an official build references Scott Moser's private web server as a recommended source of seed data. The references That server is HTTP-only and Scott is no longer at Canonical.

Adding Juju as we embed this .OVF file as part of our support for vSphere deployments.

OK, in the cloud-init source, this is in the description of a property in an example OVF in our documentation. We can fix this to point elsewhere, but I don't think it's a priority for us.

For cloud-images, this string is present in https://git.launchpad.net/livecd-rootfs/tree/live-build/ubuntu-cpc/hooks.d/base/ovf/ubuntu-ovf-v1-img.tmpl (and maybe elsewhere, but definitely at least there).

It'd be nice if cloud-init doc could somehow host the "full example".
Perhaps it would be possible to add the files that are in
smoser.brickies.net to cloud-init doc and then update the doc to
reference their https://git.launchpad/ urls.
