xenial cloud image builds fail due to /lib/modules being present

Bug Description
/lib/modules is now created by a package in the archive, which means that the `mkdir /lib/modules` in the ubuntu-cpc 030-root-
[Impact]
New xenial cloud images cannot be produced.
[Test Case]
Attempt a livefs build of the ubuntu-cpc project; it will fail without a fix, and pass with a fix.
[Regression Potential]
The fix is to modify the `mkdir` to `mkdir -p`, so the potential for regression is very low.

Accepted livecd-rootfs into xenial-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https:/ /launchpad. net/ubuntu/ +source/ livecd- rootfs/ 2.408.38 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new package. See https:/ /wiki.ubuntu. com/Testing/ EnableProposed for documentation on how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.
