Bug Description

[SRU Justification]
To remove confusion with the ubuntu-core snappy product, the ubuntu-core root tarballs are being retroactively renamed to ubuntu-base. This requires an SRU of livecd-rootfs to align with the changes in ubuntu-cdimage, so that daily/point release builds of the ubuntu-base tarballs continue to be possible.

[Regression potential]
Minimal; this is a minimal change to livecd-rootfs to recognize the ubuntu-base project name, all other code is left unchanged.

[Test case]
1. Run an ubuntu-base build with -proposed by running 'DIST=[xenial|trusty] PROPOSED=1 for-project ubuntu-base cron.daily-live --live'
2. Confirm that the tarball builds successfully and contains a rootfs.

Hello Steve, or anyone else affected,

Accepted livecd-rootfs into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and be available at https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/livecd-rootfs/2.208.12 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.

Please help us by testing this new package. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Testing/EnableProposed for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Your feedback will aid us getting this update out to other Ubuntu users.

If this package fixes the bug for you, please add a comment to this bug, mentioning the version of the package you tested, and change the tag from verification-needed to verification-done. If it does not fix the bug for you, please add a comment stating that, and change the tag to verification-failed. In either case, details of your testing will help us make a better decision.

Further information regarding the verification process can be found at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/QATeam/PerformingSRUVerification . Thank you in advance!

Successful image builds of both trusty and xenial dailies with PROPOSED enabled:

http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-base/trusty/daily/20160511
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-base/xenial/daily/20160511

There was one build failure of the arm64 tarball on trusty, but nothing related to this change.

This bug was fixed in the package livecd-rootfs - 2.208.12

---------------
livecd-rootfs (2.208.12) trusty; urgency=medium

  * Rename old ubuntu-core tarballs to ubuntu-base, for consistency with
the changes already made to yakkety and the ubuntu-cdimage project.
    LP: #1579950.
