Trusty proposed updates enabled by default

I'm testing Ubuntu GNOME Trusty 20150203 i386 and the proposed updates are still enabled via /etc/apt/sources.list.d:

lance@lance-AMD-desktop:~$ ls /etc/apt/sources.list.d

These need to be turned off before 14.04.2 is released.

PROPOSED is now disabled for trusty, which will be reflected in the next set of RCs built.
