crossfade prevents automatic track skipping

Binary package hint: listen

Hi,
when i have the crossfade option enabled, tracks on my playlist do not continuously play. instead it plays one track at a time. when disabled it works well.

Extra information, one my system: Instead of stopping, Listen seems to think that each track is endless, and the time counter keeps counting on indefinitely.
