Bug Description

Binary package hint: lirc-modules-source

The problem exists in the current (20061021) Ubuntu Edgy tree.

Using "module-assistant build lirc" results in the following error message:
...
make[1]: Leaving directory `/usr/src/modules/lirc/drivers'
rm -rf modules
make: Nothing to be done for `debconf'.
cut: modules/*.ko.KVERS: No such file or directory
make: *** [install] Error 1
