Bug Description
Binary package hint: lirc
If libportaudio-dev is installed, dpkg-buildpackage fails. Since lirc depends on libportaudio2, it should presumably build-depend on portaudio19-dev, which conflicts with libportaudio-dev, and hence would fix this bug.
