Bug Description

DVB television applications cannot find some channels because the file /usr/share/dvb/dvb-t/fi-Kuopio contains an incorrect frequency which is most likely a typo. The frequency value 554000000 should actually be 594000000, according to http://www.digitv.fi/sivu.asp?path=1;8224;9519
