dvb-apps scan file se-Helsingborg is incorrect

First of all, why is dvb-apps called dvb-utils in Ubuntu's repos?

In any case, the scan file for Helsingborg Sweden is incorrect.

This is what's included in dvb-utils 1.1.1-3:

This is probably wrong for lot's of other locations in Sweden. I looked at se-Malmo_Jagersro and that is also incorrect.
