Bug Description
pm-trace reports nothing useful:
[ 0.950826] Magic number: 4:385:99
The system seems to be running, but responds to nothing. Screen is blank, does not respond to keyboard input. (I tried using Alt-F1, logging in, and creating a file using touch. Nothing happened.)
