Bug Description

Tried to boot Shuttle XS35 with 11.10 32bit installer over PXE, however it fails to detect the network interface so the installation cannot continue.

Tried to manually load kernel module for jme driver, but it was not found.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Hello
Have you got the possibility to run an installation from an usb key of the latest build of precise that ship the latest kernel?
If yes download from :
http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/daily-live/current/
and write it to usb using startup disk creator (installed by default).
Launch the usb session, try to connect, try to install.
When it stop, please insert this key into another pc and run a live session, then attach here, using the button below 'Add attachment or patch' the files:
/var/log/syslog
/var/log/kern.log.
Thanks
Fabio
