screen brightness is getting brighter/darker automatically

Bug Description

I'm using the Samsung NC10 and when I regulate the brightness of the display brighter, it's getting brighter, darker, brighter, darker and so on until I log off or restart the Netbook.

I have disabled the power saving brightness control and the screen is now ok - but battery life is reduced.
