I dont know how I can fix this issue.. Try dpkg --configure -a / aptitude.. nothing can repair this problem

Can you try the following:

sudo apt-get install -f
sudo apt-get update

Then try to update the package.

It sounds like your deb file is corrupt. You man need to run the following:

sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update

Then try to update the package.
