problem occured while updating a "permanent" Usb stick. atm i was logged in as a new user with root rights.
also could not new kernel install during update, so this problem could be caused by a partial update
would still be good to have an updated usb stick security wise. look into if there is time pls

This happened when trying to write /var/log/ apport. log. Looks like an aufs bug in the kernel, reassigning.
