Bug Description

When booting the computer, the kernel hangs for about 60 secs between:

[ 0.999895] NET: Registered protocol family 1
[ 63.120313] pci 0000:01:00.0: Boot video device

When I hit any key during the hang period, the kernel quckly resumes normal bootup.

There's a newer version released now, 2.6.38-10, can you confirm whether the problem still exists?

Also in the -proposed archive, there is a newer version in testing, 2.6.38-11. If you can test this also it would be helpful.

Thanks
