usb_submit_urb(ctrl) failed

Hi,

In oneiric I get:

[ 4428.605279] generic-usb 0003:0463:FFFF.0005: hiddev0,hidraw3: USB HID v1.10 Device [EATON Ellipse MAX] on usb-0000:00:1a.0-2/input0

When connecting my UPS, as you can notice it takes around 15s to detect the device.

This bug is missing log files that will aid in dianosing the problem. From a terminal window please run:

apport-collect 800313

and then change the status of the bug back to 'New'.
