Well, i've made my own investigation. Here's the result, and the main is that my wi-fi (ath9k) doesn't work.

Wireless in BIOS is turned on

I turned on Atheros in Windows XP

and edit blacklist.conf in this way:
# wifi - drivers conflict
blacklist iwlagn
blacklist ath9k

by pushing hardware switch and Fn+F5 and asking rfkill status i can get such a responces:

1: ideapad_3g: Wireless WAN
	Soft blocked: no

Network applet doesn't see any wireless device at all (even blocked or turned off).

Nettool shows that wi-fi is hardware blocked.

Else i've tried to blacklist iwlagn and ath5k drivers while wifi was disabled in windows, nothing good.
