Hi,
Tested with oneric beta 1, I believe that's the new compact wireless driver,
and got about the same results as before:

--- 192.168.1.1 ping statistics ---
41 packets transmitted, 38 received, 7% packet loss, time 40062ms
rtt min/avg/max/mdev = 1.351/4.643/7.198/1.101 ms
test1@ubuntu:~$ uname -a
Linux ubuntu 3.0.0-9-generic #15-Ubuntu SMP Tue Aug 30 14:57:16 UTC 2011
x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux
