boot freeze

I am running kubuntu 11.04: Linux simi-System-Product-Name 2.6.38-8-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Mon Apr 11 03:31:24 UTC 2011 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

At boot time the boot stops after grub,the keyboard lighjt turns off. If i press the power button the light of the keyboard will lit and the boot continues

Same here. After upgrading to 11.04 boot process freezes for two minutes:

Same here. I can "unfreeze" the boot process by pressing spacebar.
