Bug Description

I'm trying to boot the newish alpha 3 of Natty using a Dell laptop with a BCM4401-B0 network card, its using the b44 driver. It's working great with the 2.6.36 kernel and earlier, but with the kernel in Natty it panics after about 7 seconds during startup with the following message: map_single: bounce buffer is not DMA'ble

After googling around I found that its caused by the b44 driver getting a buffer that it can't work with in the 2.6.37 kernel.
There's a patch here:
https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/522971/
http://git.zen-kernel.org/zen-stable/commit/?h=misc-2.6.37&id=88599f824750f7a684a2ee2b5c0c06d0c97b7828

Could it be included in the kernel?
TIA Morten
