same bug with the last ubuntu natty kernel version, 2.6.38-7: connection too slow with the ath9k driver, , web site does not load completely...
I compiled the last version of compat-wireless and my connection is at the top!
Tips: to compile the last compat-wireless on Ubuntu Natty, you have to add this line:

#include <linux/sched.h>

in the file

compat/compat-2.6.39.c
