Bug happens also on my Radeon HD5450 nevermind do I use natty or xorg-edgers packages.
Situation looks like everything works and then desktop freezes, turns to black for moment, switches back to desktop. Sometimes it happens once or few times and system is usable again. But sometimes it makes gfx card unusable so reboot is required to get system working properly again.
