Lucid update to stable release

Bug Description

SRU Justification

  The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar
  in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to
  demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
  by originating either directly from Linus' tree or in a minimally
  backported form of that patch. The upstream stable
  patch set is now available. It should be included in the Ubuntu
  kernel as well.

  The following 2 patches are in the stable release:

  * drm/kms: remove spaces from connector names (v2)
  * drm/ttm: Clear the ghost cpu_writers flag on ttm_buffer_object_transfer.

Accepted linux into lucid-proposed, the package will build now and be available in a few hours. Please test and give feedback here. See for documentation how to enable and use -proposed. Thank you in advance!
