This could be a duplicate of bug 663784; there's a workaround described
there. I think the common factor might be the r8187se module. Could you
please try the workaround and report if it works for you?

It works:

Solved on my pc by adding the line:
SUSPEND_MODULES="r8187se"
to the file /etc/pm/config.d/unload_module.

Thank you!

@Héctor Velarde

Try "lsmod|grep r8187se" to see if you have this module loaded. It will list r8187se if you do, or nothing if you don't. If you don't, then your problem is not related to this one, and you should file a separate bug. See https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/Bugs for how to file a bug with your system information included automatically.
