USB storage not running at top speed since Edgy beta

Bug Description
I was happy user of USB storage (external PATA disk) in dapper, but in Edgy I get "usb 3-3: not running at top speed" for all my high speed 2.0 ports. Because of that I get no more than 720KB/s disk speed - used to be 17 to 25MB/s in Dapper.

seems to be fixed by one of later update of kernel. I used to have this bug on 2.6.17-10.30, but looks like 2.6.17-10.33 does not have it anymore:
