Yes, I didn't follow the kernel develop so I bad understand that a kernel update should be sufficient to FIX the problem but if the fix was just to silence the message is not a solution!

Related problem should be the follow
intel ips 0000:00:1f.6: CPU TDP doesn't match expected value (found 25, expected 29)

but how to force linux to honor the factory imposed TDP?
