Bug Description

I have just upgraded to maverick that uses kernel 2.6.35-19-generic.
It is unstable. The mouse stops moving, typed keys fail to appear for a number of seconds.
Previously on Lucid, I was using kernel 2.6.32-24-generic. That kernel has no problems.

Now, on maverick, booting with kernel 2.6.32-24-generic has no problems.
Now on maverick, booting with kernel 2.6.35-19-generic has the problems.

So, I think this is a kernel regression.
